I do not recommend David Johnson. I had to hire another lawyer 2 weeks before my court date because David Johnson failed to get a plea agreement from the state with having 3 months to do so. Then he told me that I was impatient, I would not say waiting 3 months for him to get a plea is impatient, so I paid him 1,300.00 to basically do nothing, he came to my initial court date and sat at the bench with me while the judge put in a not guilty plea on my behalf, that was it, I wasted 1,300.00 on him. The second lawyer I got had a plea agreement from the state in 2 weeks....

Took my tax refund and my 401k and did absolutely nothing to help me. Then dropped me as a client without notice. Wasted 6 months of my life. Don't bother with this one.
