What a journey... when I first realized what I needed to do to ensure my mother could financially qualify for the care and services she needed, it was overwhelming to say the least. I serve in the business of healthcare, believing I should know how to navigate all of the various requirements and details; how wrong I was. I honestly could not have accomplished the Medicaid application process and fiscal management requirements without the Dillman Law Group’s help and support along the way. Miranda and her team were a true blessing in getting me and my mom through this crazy process (no question was too small and she took the time to help me understand each step), I am beyond grateful!

After reading the reviews on Atty Dillmans background, I didn’t hesitate to hire her. She’s very knowledgeable in elder care law. After meeting her in person to finalize the state to state transfer, it just confirmed that I made the right choice. She has a beautiful and caring spirit and I would recommend her to anyone that needs an elder care lawyer or state to state transfer guardianship☺️ Oh and I can’t forget the caring and speedy service I received from her assistant Bianca☺️

Lisa Dillman and her staff are among the best in delivering estate planning advice. This is a rapidly evolving and changing area of the law. The Dillman Law Group are professionals who work hard to advocate for their clients.

Erin and the attorneys at Dillman were incredibly helpful and responsive! They helped us navigate elder care issues and handled the entire VA application process for us. We had many, many questions throughout our engagement and the team was always very responsive, thorough and willing to help. Erin in particular was amazingly helpful! I would definitely recommend Dillman for handling elder care issues.

Absolutely ridiculous very unprofessional and rude will never use them and I would suggest if you are considering them to look elsewhere if you want quality care. These people only care about themselves you and your case are least priority to them!!

Dillman Law Group made a huge difference when applying for the VA and Medicaid planning for the future! Everything seemed easy to understand and they were very transparent about the entire process! Plus you get a free hour before you even start any work.

After retaining her for over a year, many of my calls would go unanswered, emails as well, unless it was about money. I would ask questions and not get direct answers. Calls were lost and never returned. I was waiting on a replacement card to keep on file for payment. Missed one month, and asked about a disputed charge. My case is in less than 20 days and she withdrew from my child custody case. This is after she's already been paid over $5500. I even called to make a payment which they took and they still dropped me. I've asked for many things that were never filed. Then on Saturday not a week day I was informed they withdrew from my case, with less than a month until my hearing. I was told I would receive my file as well as other legal options but nothing has arrived except her motion to withdrawal in less than 20 days. The bottom line here is a few hundred dollars according to them a $300 , and a $200 payment which I even offered to pay and then even offered to pay her more upwards to thousands, because my case is so soon. Never in a year been to the office or met her. She definitely put me in a very serious situation in a short amount of time. She could cost me my case by leaving me at the last minute. She had threatened to do this before and so we came up with thousands to keep her. Very sad a child custody attorney would do such a thing to a single mother at the last minute and not enough time to find someone to get to know my case... very unethical.
