They did what they were pose to for the most part but the lady Carey who work for them is rude af she was mad they had to reschedule my discharge court date a few times due to me having to work so when I did go she was yelling at me talking nasty to me in court just being real rude and unprofessional I asked her why she was being rude she said cuz u never show up at the end of the day I PAID u to do a job no matter if it takes u 100x to reschedule I paid u and I’m ur client and that’s not how u treat people worst experience I ever had with them I’ll never go back

Very disappointed in the paralegals Richard have. This office use to be very nice and polite and on top of everything. Now if I call and ask to speak with someone I get someone else. I have been asking to have my attorney call me for months and still nothing. I don’t think they are even giving him the messages. Today one of the girls asked me to get some information for her because she was swamped and when I explained why I felt like after all these months why am I doing what they should be doing she went off on me and hung up. I use to refer so many people to Richard but I’m not anymore. This office is out of control.
