The attorneys and back staff are great. Receptionists are rude every time I call or drop off paper work they are soo rude and make me uncomfortable if it wasn’t because I respect the attorneys would definitely go elsewhere to be treated better than the front staff does. Those two young ladies always seem mad and take forever to acknowledge you are there.

The office staff seemed to be a bit of a mess, not the kind of office you walk into and think “wow I’m in good hands”. We tried to retain Jennifer to help us with a family law case in CA. I called and gave her assistant probably 20 minutes of information and made it very clear our case was a family law case IN CA. Our first consultation was rescheduled, we walked in for our next one just to find out we didn’t “confirm” it, even though Jennifer rescheduled it. Ok fine... we make our THIRD appointment to meet with Jennifer. As we’re getting ready to walk out the door, we get a call from Jennifer stating she can’t help us with our case. This is something we should have been told upfront, now we have wasted about 2 weeks of our time, and are now scrambling to find someone who can help us in a very short timeframe. The communication at this office is horrible.
