Katherine appeared to be passionate about my case and after paying the retainer fee I was told weeks later the retainer fee had been increased and paid that and then was told I could make payments and even though I would by their rules have to have a zero balance by my last court hearing it was a technicality as long as I made my payments not to worry then was left high and dry with no representation at my final hearing after she failed to show up to my first hearing and sent someone else in her place without telling ns
