She started screaming at me and hung up my call.
The lawyer should be careful with this young lady because of her attitude, he is loosing clients, she does not know how to treat a client.
For sure, Christopher doesn’t know anything about this and I want to talk with him to let him know how is this person behavior.
Thanks,
Carlos Mendoza.
Finally, I did want to mention his staff. Everyone who answered the phone was extremely kind and respectful to me. I may have even repeated myself multiple times to understand the process but throughout it all, they were patient with me. I really appreciate the experience I have had with this office and it's staff. Thank you!
If you have license troubles, ticket troubles, suspension troubles, or you need a hardship license........Chris Grider is your attorney!!! None better for Marion County.
Mr. Grider,
I waited for a while before writing this review in hope that you would reach out to me to fix what happened but this never happened. I really hope that you care enough about your business to read this review. I am not sure if you actually have an idea about how your secretary, Jessica, deals with your customers or not, but oh boy what a secretary!
She's the type of person who would roll her eyes on you if you ask a question, making you feel dumb! She answered my question saying "I don't know how I could make myself clearer that I can't help you any further and that the issue is now over my head. I don't wanna be rude but I gotta go to pick up my child!"
I made a huge mistake and asked another question. Her response to my question was "Sir, I am sorry. I don't wanna be rude but if you don't hang up, I am going to". I repeated my question hoping for an answer. She eventually hanged up on me! I was really shocked with the very low level of manners and customer service.
She does not seem to care whatsoever about how their service turns out for their customers and all you can get from her is a cold "I am sorry we didn't meet your expectations". This is not a professional way of running a business.
Again, I am not quite sure if Mr. Grider is aware of what's going on behind his back, and how his secretary is running his business, or if these are actually his instructions for her for covering his own failures, which would be very unfortunate! But, to be honest, in the very few times I dealt with him, he was nice and he actually worked on solving my problem. When he did not solve it, he was responsible enough to bear the consequences of his work and refunded me my money.
Mr. Grider, I really hope that you would take this review seriously if you do care about the retention of your customers and "how" your business is run!
His staff was easy to work with, the fee was fair, and both tickets were dismissed without me even having to make a court appearance. Hopefully I won't need his services again myself, but I'd definitely refer anyone to him if they need help with traffic citation or driver's license issues.
My situation was not unusual to Mr Grider and his staff. My license was being suspended for 5 years because of the habitual traffic offender law that suspends drivers with 10 or more moving violations within 10 years. I was looking at losing my job (EMS), ruining my chances of getting further employed and in general screwing up my life. I thought my best chance at keeping my driving privileges was getting a hardship license and being on a probationary period for an extended amount of time. Mr. Grider saved the day. He not only saved me from losing my lisence but he got me fully re-instated and even had multiple tickets removed from my driving record. Again, the best traffic attorney in Marion county. Thank you Chris, I owe you one.
These people, this lawfirm, is all about second chances and understand that not everyone is perfect and that we all make mistakes from time to time, they will treat you with respect and work diligently to get you where you need to be.
Best ever traffic attorney. Millions thanks ftom Siddig Mohamed.
Chris is great at traffic law, find yourself in a jam, think you have a good defense, or are backed against the wall, regardless Chris has the insight and the Drive to get you valid. As someone who has had his run ins with traffic stops, I can tell you from Litigation Experience With Chris, that if there is a hole in the story or an illegitimate stop, Chris will find the hole in the other party's story. Lets be fair not every traffic stop is justifiable, and the Police know that, they just are counting on the person either not having or being unable to afford a lawyer, or don't know their legal law. Chris will work with you on his expenses. Great Attorney! GREAT JOB IN HIS FIELD.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!
