So far not so good! Horribly slow in returning telephone calls if at all. Feeling like we have made a horrible mistake with this office. We would love to turn back time and gone elsewhere.

Worst law office I have ever been involved with, and I have seen plenty. Asked for a simple trust update, my appointment was pushed out 2 weeks, fine, but when I called to check on my appointment they didn’t even know who I was. Once the paperwork was in, I was told it would be 2 weeks, 3 weeks later I still hadn’t heard anything. When I stopped in I was told my paperwork was on the top of the pile. 3 weeks later they called and set a meeting to go over the documents. Then they delayed the meeting 2 days and when I showed up it looked like they were just printing it out and they forgot several items. Worst practice ever.

Sherr’ee Mullins is a terrific attorney that handles all of my legal matters. She is always helpful, considerate and professional. I have had her help with real estate issues, wills and other legal documents and plan to have her set up a trust for me in the near future. Bad experience!

Very unwilling to work on the customer's behalf and unprofessional. My first interaction with the company they completed the wrong form and had another client's name on it. Once the appearance was filed and the court date was filed I asked to petition the court for an expedited hearing due to the urgency of the matter. Her office told me to "just pay the kid's tuition that's what we're going to court for" and "the court set the date for the earliest date they have". I contacted the court myself to ask about an expedited hearing and then emailed her office that all they had to do was file the petition. She told me , "I do not represent clients that call or contact the Court concerning representation matters, because they do not like the answers that I give them." I completed the petition myself and the judge honored it and moved the hearing up... all she had to do was try. Leasa Smith is her paralegal who blamed all the errors made on personal issues.

She didn't help me at all. Now been trying to get my money back since September and she still has not called me back. I call at least once a week.

Havent gave my husband his money back after canceling our divorce. Wont return phone calls no one at office when he went there.

I needed a simple name change for my son, two years later and four court dates later it still is not done because this firm did double check publications and follow court rules

We've used Sherr'ee Mullins, Mullins Law for couple of things, one to get my Husbands Drivers License back, she did an amazing job, was quick about it, was very professional about everything. Kept us update, sent a hearing letter so we would know when the hearing date was. Ms. Mullins showed up at the hearing ahead of time, and dressed professional like an attorney should be. Her office is well kept, and her staff are nice and helpful, they make sure they get back with you in a timely manner. I highly recommend her.

Have had great service with Ms. Mullins. My husband and I had pur wills done promptly and we have used her to help our daughter with some court issues, again service was friendly and prompt.

I had a bad experience with Mullins Law. The staff is very unfriendly and treat you as if it is an annoyance to call and ask questions. Our lawyer, Sherree, was always "too busy", and was terrible at returning phone calls. It got to the point that my husband had to go in and tell them that he was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau if she didn't start returning phone calls. She didn't show up for court, instead she sent someone in her stead, whom we had never met before, to represent us. You as the consumer do all the leg work, she pretty much just files it. After the Bankruptcy was closed my husband and I found out that she didn't file everything she should have, so there was a lien left on our house. If you ever have to go through bankruptcy be sure to really look into the lawyers. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND MULLINS LAW OFFICE!
