Officers reportedly arrested attorney David Hennesy for driving while intoxicated on July 3. Officers said Hennessy’s blood alcohol content tested above the legal limit.

If you are lucky enough to have this man represent you, you will not get a better defense. He is the most ethical and knowledgeable lawyer I have ever met. He restored my faith in the legal profession. Shakespeare was right about most of them.

I DONT recomend this lawyer to ANYONE. If your going to pay him half the money and half later, I do not know. BUT if you want to make a good deal with him paying the whole amount, he will take your money and he will leave the case. He wont even return half of your money back.
