The team was outstanding! Great inital start with John then Bradley and Shannon did a great job. Every step of the way I was informed of what was going on, and what to expect. They all returned my emails and phone calls very quickly. When we just had to let the due process work they would call just to say be patient. The contract was fair and nothing surprised me from start to finish. Trust this firm if you are ever in need!

They lost interest in my case once the up front fee was paid and they realized the settlement wouldn't be large. At one point, I felt they were arguing for the other side. To my regret, I didn't read the fine print on the contract about how if I didn't agree to an offer they deemed acceptable, the contract would revert to a pay by the hour.

Shannon Melton was wonderful. He took great care in explaining everything and ensuring that I understood every step. My hat's off to him and the whole firm for their professionalism and person-ability. They definitely are tops in the city.

Would rate less if possible. Only concerned with taking cases that will pay 100%. Told my wife that her case wouldn't pay out even though her school wouldn't pay her and several other teachers, and because of "the money not being recoverable", they were not going to take the case.
