I was very disappointed with every interaction I had with Attorney Jeff Cardella. I was trying to determine whether or not to hire him, (since I had not been in this situation before), as well as get an answer to a brief question I had- even so he did not seem interested (in the least) in listening to me.
Our initial conversation lasted 9 minutes. Though I had some brief questions, he interrupted nearly every sentence I spoke over the phone, which resulted in my needing to clarify why I called, since he did not listen very well.
I had called back and left a brief message a few minutes later. He replied early the next morning (before normal business hours) and apparently had not listened to the message I left, because his message he left for me did not answer my question.
When I called back to re-ask my question, I had to leave another message. When he called me back, I answered so that I could personally (hopefully) get the question answered. On this conversation, he insulted me by saying the message I left was "rambling on" (it was a 2 minute message that, again, would not have been so long had he simply just listened to my earlier question,) and that he was "very busy".
I, too, am very busy. And would rather be doing any number of other things rather than being on a phone call with an adult who didnt seem to understand basic adult phone etiquette, even more so professional phone etiquette.
Mr. Cardella made my decision whether or not to spend my money to hire him as an attorney in this situation very easy. He also helped me to form a very bad opinion of attorneys, and the legal system in general, in just a few short minutes.

I hired Jeff to handle expungement cases for me in 3 separate counties, and he handled everything very professionally and quickly. He was even responsive to me on weekends. One county scheduled an unnecessary hearing with the intent of objecting on any grounds they could because the prosecutor's office apparently didn't agree with the state's expungement law. Jeff knew this going in, prepped me accordingly, and took preemptive measures in the hearing to confirm I was eligible on all fronts. The prosecutor was left with nothing to object to, and the judge signed the order same-day. A less prepared attorney likely would have had to continue the case, but Jeff got the job done. Jeff is clearly knowledgeable in his areas of practice and made a point to explain everything to me in detail so I knew what to expect every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone. Also, his prices for his services are very fair as his quote on my cases was lower than 5 out of 6 other attorneys I spoke to about it. Great attorney!
