The worst legal services I've ever experienced. There's always an excuse given for their poor communication, follow through, and overall legal services. I would highly recommend doing your research before hiring an attorney from this law firm. You will get charged for follow up emails and calls to find out the status of something the attorney should be doing or done and when it hasn't been done, you must follow up again and get more charges. It's awful. Please just don't. Matt is a thumbs down.

I recently had a custody case and hired a lawyer from this firm. Well prior to the scheduling date I had been talking to the lawyer for MONTHS like February to be exact. I began sending him documents on my dime to try to save some money in attorney fees in the month of March. In July I had a scheduled date of September for a final hearing. I’m in the army and I informed him when I would arrive (couple days before court) so we could confirm the game plan. Well the unfortunate thing is although I had been sending him documentation he WAS NOT READY. I’ve been in court for 6 years and this was my final hearing and I have never been so nervous. It turned to a mediation. I had such a solid case it was hard not to walk out with full custody of my child in my opinion. My daughters health was being severely neglected 2 doctor visits in 5 years and no dental visits at all. We all know that the court system is a joke when it comes to fathers because they constantly reem a father if he sneezes wrong and this disorganization just added to it. I only rated it two stars because I got some positives out of the hearing but I feel if he was organized properly it would’ve been better. It sucked I was sending information for 8 months and you weren’t organized, there’s no acceptable excuse as to why.

Initially I wrote a 1 star review which is what I felt was needed. But since then I have been Contacted from Bob Nice which is the owner of the law firm, he has made the wrongs corrected and I feel he cared about our situation. So I am giving a 5 star because he spent the time to look into why we gave that review and has corrected it. So I would recommend them for you legal needs.

Ineffective counsel. Failed to timely file documents. Lied about filing things he never filed. Failed to address all issues on court. Avoid at all costs.

They made my difficult moments lot easier. All divorce Lawyers are very respectful and responsive. I'm going to suggest to everyone I know. Thank you again.
