LTD Termination and Appeal Representation - First, Bridget was the only attorney willing to work with me on a reasonable and non-recurring fee structure. I was assigned to a Lyndsie to prepare my appeal and handle all the extensive administrative tasks. She did a great job coordinating with me and allowing me to have considerable input on my appeal submission. When the case was heard by the Seventh Circuit, they upheld the district court ruling in my favor. I don't believe there is anyone else in Indianapolis like Bridget, who was able to prevail against a team of lawyers at a top Indpls law firm over such a long period of time.
