I had a free consultation with Tom Ewick in the Springfield office. He took the time to listened to my entire 9 month problem with a knee surgery that went wrong. He looked at some of the pics on my phone. He had me email all of the pictures which was significant. I am very pleased with how our meeting went and Tom's patience to listen to my long story. Pretty disappointed that my injury happened 10/26/18 and I've had to call for every update....there hasn't been one since December....
Update: After speaking with John (5/15)everything seemed to go alot smoother and quicker. Definitely have a better respect for the office since dealing with him.
