I was referred to Tim Shay by another attorney that said he handled difficult cases such as mine and that he was the best. I first met Tim in 2011 when I developed kidney problems. I worked for a chemical company which cause my health issues due to exposures. Several other people I worked with had health problems as well. These cases are difficult to prove and nobody will help you for fear of retaliation, that the company will fire them or reprimand them for saying anything. Tim and his team went right to work for myself and others. I could not ask for a better representative. He and his team did a great job and definitely care about their clients. When I came to Shay & Associates to have my consultation meeting with Stephanie Shay-Williams, I had never even spoken with an attorney before and I wasn’t even sure who the person was that was at fault for my accident.
