I hired Tim Shay on my mothers be half. She had been in awful car accident! Rear ended by a distracted driver at 55 MPH. She suffered life threatening injuries at the scene, but with the help of first responders she was air lifted to Carl trauma center in Champaign, IL. She spent 9 months being shifted from one hospital to the next. Tim visited her in person just to see first hand how she was doing. Unfortunately my mother succumb to her injuries. I would just like to express my gratitude to Tim, and all of his helpful staff!! Tim made us feel like we really had someone are our side. Tim, and his staff went above & beyond what ever could of been expected! I myself felt like I built somewhat of a friendship with Tim.
