I confronted a guy with a history in the neighborhood of not cleaning up after his dog, he responded by falsely accusing me of assaulting him. The case never went to trial as he was able to convince the district attorney they had no case and he secured a dismissal on my behalf.

When our minor Son was charged with both Felony and Misdemeanor charges, I immediately shopped for an experienced trial attorney with a history as a District Attorney, as we may end up in district court. I shopped these reviews in addition to reviewing many resume's of lawyers in the Denver area. James' background and experience ran our checklist, and we retained him to defend our son after being very impressed during our initial consultation. Despite our son being an honor student (4.29 GPA) and having absolutely no history...not even a traffic ticket, the DA's in the juvenile court system wanted our son tried as an adult and confinement was on the table. Our son has always been introverted, and doesn't open up to people right away. James spent the time necessary to develop a genuine relationship with our family and especially our son. Bottom line: He made himself available whenever needed and successfully defended our son and got the felony dropped completely. James was a blessing to our entire family, and protected our son's future despite a hyper-aggressive juvenile justice system. We will be retaining James in the months ahead to ensure the entire matter is expunged. While James is certainly a superior attorney, he's also a man of great honor, integrity, and resolve. I was very pleased with the outcome of my auto injury case, in which Brian Close and Jason Landress represented me. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, good at communication, easy to talk to and listened well to what was important to me. I found them to be efficient and prompt with paperwork, responsive to my calls and emails, and fought hard with the other side when needed. If I ever have another case to represent I would not hesitate to look them up again!

I had high expectations that Susan's firm would be the correct choice for me when I selected them. Unfortunately, I had to fire them before the case was completed and before we were able to file either a parenting plan or separation agreement with the court. I was assigned Sibylle Clark to handle my case. At the beginning of the case I already had a parenting plan with all the fundamentals agreed upon that did not need any significant work. Sibylle took it upon herself to rewrite it completely and even told me that the way she wrote it was much more complicated (and costly) than other parenting plans she normally worked on. When we started work on the separation plan, I was not given any legal advice. Instead, Sibylle told me I should talk to my financial advisor to get advice on what I should do. When I hired Susan's firm I was upfront that the financial aspects of the case would be the most difficult and I was not informed that they would not be giving me advice. If they had been upfront with that, I would not have selected them. Throughout the drafting of the separation plan, there were numerous errors both logical, and grammatical (in fact my spouse's name was entered incorrectly on several forms!). When trying to correct these errors, I had to point out the corrections multiple times before the changes were actually made (at substantial cost to myself). When trying to resolve these issues with Susan, I was offered some monetary rebate, but she could not guarantee that she could complete the case in a timely or professional manner. When providing my case file there were some missing emails that I was only able to detect by comparing my bill to the emails provided. All told, I spent nearly $15,000 and have nothing filed with the courts. Susan's may be good for some types of cases, but I can't recommend that you use Sibylle for divorce cases.

Susan Fuller & Associates, P.C was able to meet me over the Christmas holidays and handled my matter expediently and with 100% success. I cannot recommend them enough. If you have a family legal matter, they are very very good at their practice.

The law offices of Susan Fuller & Associates are a pleasure to visit, the staff from the first moment I called were very professional and after my first visit, when I called, they knew who I was before even mentioning my name.

I was charged with 10 counts of contempt by my ex wife, jail time was on the table. I hired Jason Landress 2 weeks before my trial date, I'll re-phrase that, he is a very busy attorney and was gracious enough to take on my very complicated case with 2 weeks to assimilate, meet, prepare and execute. I did him no favors by sending him critical info the morning of a 1:30 p.m. court time, he didn't skip a beat and seamlessly incorporated into my defense. His communication, preparation and passion are second to none, his court presence is impressive, he has deservedly earned respect. I was worn down by my ex-wife's attorneys constant filings over the past 6 months, Jason stripped the counts down, had the Judge checking law books to keep up with his knowledge, argued successfully and not only defended my case but proved their claims were so onerous that my ex wife had to pay my attorneys fees. I have historically had very bad experiences of attorneys, Jason has restored my faith. Thank you!

Mitchell is completely inattentive, unprofessional and unable to function in a court room. OC, with multiple license revocations, sanctions and suspensions far outperformed Mitchell sat by billing $2 a minute. He screwed up so much, making a mockery of the entire divorce proceeding, while I found myself sending and resending the same messages and having duplicate conversations because he either can’t remember, doesn’t read his own notes or does it take notes.
Complete incompetence!

It's $200 matter max... I could understand 500, maybe even 1000 with some justification but come on..

I consulted with Jason about my case and the circumstances involved. He explained to me my options and the possible outcome and possibilities of my case. He was upfront with me and did not beat around the bush throughout the process. I hired him at a later date to pursue my case forward. He kept in contact with me every step throughout the case, and did not linger the case onward. Jason is very positive and a go getter for his clients. . Jason is very informational and will fill his client in with any changes or and updates as he moves forward with the case. I am very happy with the results on my case, and wouldn’t have hired anyone else to pursue my case. Jason really knows his business and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
