Richard Gama is hands out the best lawyer out there. I fell and broke my ankle at my townhouse and had to have two surgeries and I had to drop out of nursing school because of this injury. When I called on Richard gamma for help due to a fall from my wheelchair, I was discouraged. I had called attorney after attorney from those TV commercials, and none of them wanted to deal with the case. Finally, someone told me to get ahold of Richard, and tell him what happened. When I discussed the details he immediately advised me that he would be interested in trying to help me. Even though I was an hour away, he drove to town to speak with my wife and I. Long story short, after several back and forth negotiations, he was able to get us 3x their original offer. I accepted, and Richard had the check processed and ready to be paid out in a few days. To top it all off, he again made the drive back to our place in order to wrap up our paperwork, and hand deliver the check. He makes a difficult process easy to deal with due to his outstanding personality and his professionalism. I would absolutely recommend his firm to anyone that thinks that they may have a case. Unlike most of us who took Bar Bri or other LSAT preparation courses to get into law school, Richard just read a used LSAT prep. book and took the test. His dad is Chief Judge, so he has law in his blood and is a quick study. Richard did good work for us and I am sure he will for you.
