Overall very happy with the way my case was handled, some transitions within the firm left my case juggling for a few months and I wasnt 100% sure who had my case or where it was really at in the process, from what i understand my paralegal obtained her dream job and unfortunately had to pass my case on to someone else, that being said the person who negotiates the fees with your medical bills is awesome, huge shout out to Abbie, she was prompt, honest, and damn good at her job.

My brothers experience was beyond despicable. I had to speak for him simply because I am frustrated for him and his overall experience.
He has gone through a 3 year process trying to get his life together after a terrifying accident with a drunk driver.
His car was totaled, countless work hours lost he even invested over $5000 of his own money to pay medical bills and equipment to help him live a proactive life with his pains.
Today he finally went to pick up his settlement check and only received $6000. All while sawayas firm earned more than $23,000. She did the bare minimum for my brother.
She even had the disgrace to beg his medical providers to lower their fees.
I wonder if the firm truly represented my brother with his pain and suffering in mind, Or the firms own personal greedy gains?

Not even worth the time to type. The 1 star says it all. Represent yourself and you will double your settlement. Don't give your money to people who spend a fraction of time representing you. The only person who truly has your best interest is YOU.

I would highly hightly recommend talking to Dianne if you have been involved in an accident. I was rear ended on 1-25. And after the accident I was not right. I had some lower back pain. So, I thought I could handle it on my own. Went to my doctor and had some physical therapy. I started talking to the other driver's insurance company.
I thought I could negotiate an acceptable settlement, since I think that I'm pretty competent with negotiations. Emails back and forth. Provided them copies of my medical bills. A couple months went by and I was still going to PT appointments and talking with the other person's insurance company. They agreed to pay the medical bills, which was good. But they only offered $1800 in a settlement to me on top of paying my medical bills, AFTER 3 MONTHS OF NEGOTIATING!!! AND I couldn't get them to agree to some other forms of treatment that I wanted to try to possibly help my back. They still wanted me to only go to PT.
I was hesitant to seek a lawyer, since the insurance company tried to scare me by telling me they will take too much of the settlement if I used one.
The offer never went above $1800.
That was the last straw. I set an appointment and went in to see Dianne. I spoke with another lawyer in the office to set things up.
Right away, I was able to seek better treatment for my back. She set me up with some great doctors that really were able to help some for me. I never got back to 100%, so she went to bat for me to get me the best settlement she could.
What did I get? Way more than $1800!!!! The insurance company was only going to give me $1800. But Dianne and all her great staff (also thanks to Brandon S) got way more. That was SOOOOOO worth the fee that Dianne charged to get that money. On top of the excellent settlement, they were able to get me some great medical care from very caring doctors.
Don't hesitate to speak to Dianne. It is so worth it. You will be amazed.

After a car accident that required extensive medical attention, I decided I needed to seek out an attorney. I knew that I would not be able to deal with the issues at hand, and needed someone to fight for me. I did extensive research and read review after review of different attorneys in the area. I visited several offices for consultation, and I honestly would suggest that you would do the same, then visit Ms. Dianne Sawaya's office. I met some offices which seemed unprofessional, some where the employees seemed unhappy, others who looked at me as someone who they could take advantage of. When I walked into Dianne's office, I saw employees were happy (let's face it, if employees are happy it must mean they love their job and the environment they are in). Dianne greeted me and had asked questions about my situation. Her first concern was about my health, while others seemed more concerned at who was at fault. I was in a nasty car accident on the highway almost two years ago. The insurance company that was representing the at fault driver was giving me the run around. I called the The Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya after coming across her law firm on the internet. The process was long but her team helped me each step of the way. Just recently the case was settled out of court and I received a fair settlement for my injuries. There is no way I would have been able to deal with the insurance company on my own. The experience was extremely easy given the circumstances.

After moving to Colorado I was injured in a car accident for the second time in seven months and I needed help. After referral from a friend ,I hired the Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya and she was able to take my case immediately.

I was given access to excellent medical care and was able to begin treatment immediately. She has a great network of doctors and medical care professionals that she works closely with and on a lien so that you don't have to worry about up front expenses. Dianne was able to settle my case for a good amount and was able to yield a decent net settlement for me. The reason I am not giving five stars is on account of the time it took to settle my UIM claim and that some of my questions and e-mails went unanswered/ignored. Dianne was able to settle up with the negligent drivers policy quite quickly however when it came to my UIM policy, there was a three month delay after the first offer was made by the adjusters until final negotiations (it only took two days to settle after talks began again); it seems as if my case was put on hold after I had made it clear I did not want to litigate.

Overall I would recommend the Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya to anyone that has been a victim of personal injury. The firm is well established, professional, seasoned, and confident.

In April 2013 I was hurt on the job and at first, very hesitant to take legal action. I have never had an attorney involved before so this was a new experience for me. Jerrod and I began working together in June 2013 and I am so grateful that I was led to the Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya and that Jerrod was assigned to my case. Worker's comp had put a temporary denial on my claim and therefore weren't paying for any of my treatments. I needed surgery soon because of the unbearable pain I was in and everything seemed to be disaster. Of course opposing counsel tried to put up a good fight but in the end they were just wrong to do so. The injury was to my lower back and so my weight restrictions constantly varied between "no activity" to "no lifting more than 10 lbs". I couldn't work, attend school or return to any outdoor activities I would normally participate in. Jerrod was able to get them to continue paying me biweekly while we still fought this draining battle. Finally, in August 2014, we were able to settle the case once and for all. I wasn't budging on the number that Jerrod came up with because I knew that opposing counsel was low balling big time and I deserved more. Now after a year of trials and tribulations, I was able to have a fresh start and close this chapter of my life all thanks to this office.

WOW! is their ads on TV very misleading. I am sorry I have wasted my time with this firm.

Their commercial is misleading. We turned to them for help and they were neither personal nor compassionate. We just kept gathering info they asked for after each conversation only to have them drop the ball. They wasted our time and lost our trust - the statements in those commercials just make us laugh.

Diane Sawaya has helped me. She was referred to me by a doctor, and she helped me get the help I needed right away. Medically and as well with a large settlement. I definitely refer her to anyone in my situation who has no health insurance, they help you with low cost fees as well as they also helped me along the way while waiting for my settlement. From start to finish I had a great experience. I erred by waiting too long to pursue a personal injury claim for injuries I suffered in an auto accident. Dianne Sawaya has the most incredible team around. I have used other firms before I found Dianne. Her firm is head and shoulders above my prior experiences. Unlike other firms, you can call and speak to your attorney, although it isn't necessary because Dianne's paralegals are top notch. They ALWAYS return your call or e-mail. Dianne's firm gives you the kind of personal care you need. The receptionist knows you by name, and the staff works extremely hard to get you even more than you expected. All the tideous tasks are taken care of without you having to do any of the work. My husband is very ill and the firm has taken special care of me and my family to ease this difficult time. I was in an automobile accident in July of 2009. I was traveling along I-25 and had come to a stop due to a line of traffic in front of me. As I came to a stop, I paused and looked behind me...I noticed a car traveling very fast and thought to myself "this car will..." and before I could finish my thought I was being rear-ended by this vehicle. I was seriously injured due to this accident. The police figure the person who hit me was traveling at a rate of speed of upwards of 65 mph. In the few weeks that followed; I was in terrible pain.
