I can't say enough great things about Jake. I got in a pretty brutal car accident and tried to settled on my own. Predictably, the insurance for the party at fault would not budge and did not even offer enough to cover my medical expenses. And my insurance (progressive) was absent through the process. I engaged Jake and mentioned that I just want to be somewhat covered since there is a good chance that I will have some outstanding medical problems in the future. I didn't want to be shady or unethical and he was above board on everything. The at fault insurance ended up paying policy limits.
