The worst experience possible! never received my invoices. He is an absolutely crooked.

This guy does not return calls or emails after you hire him.

Awful. Shows no interest in helping us plan for future. Not very punctual and does not respect your time. Not professional by any stretch. Very disappointed and we hired a different lawyer to help us get all of our affairs in order.

He was very thorough in explaining the trust planning process and executed it very quickly.

I hired Tom to update the agents on my grandmother’s POA’s and Will. Our appointment window was from 11-1; he called at 12:30, said he was running late and asked if 1:30 would be okay. I said fine. After 2:15 rolled around and he had failed to show up, call, or answer any of the 5 phone calls I gave him we finally called him and fired him. We had provided our own witnesses, and my husband took off of work and we all waited for 3 hours for this guy to show up and it was a waste of all of our time.

My son had some legal issues that we did not feel represented what happened. Tom was great. It was nice having someone calmly taking care of business while I was anything but calm inside. We walked out of court without this huge burden weighing us down. I recommend Tom anytime.
