Tried to get some legal advice and as i was presenting my case to them, they cut me off mid sentance and rudely told me they couldnt even help me before i could finish. They ended with "goodluck" and hung up. They didnt even ask to help in any other way.

I hired James Margulis after fleeing with my children from California to get out of an abusive marriage. Mr. Margulis immediately knew what we needed to do to ensure my husband was unable to come and take the children from me. Within 24 hours he had filed all needed paperwork, and I was on my way to having temporary custody. After a Colorado judge approved temporary custody, Mr. Margulis then went on to help me keep the restraining order in place against my husband. He was phenomenal in court, straight to the facts with excellent communication skills. Anytime I needed him, he was available on his cell phone immediately. I would absolutely NOT recommend this firm. I have tried to connect with an attorney (Chastity Barker) for the past week-several missed appointments on her end -and finally received an email correspondence today from her apologizing for missing the scheduled meeting and that perhaps I should seek counsel from a different law firm that she recommended! I've been in business over 20 years and have never had this kind of experience with a firm or attorney and certainly have never dealt with someone so unprofessional.
