Had conference call with Don E. and read reviews. Really liked him. Next think I knew Angie Schmitz was assigned my case. I was told one thing, after $12,000.00 and many charges I did not feel warranted I cancelled council. The firm might be good but beware of Angie. I requested she put a hold on my case until I reviewed and she charged me $60.00 to email to ask what I had decided and charged to be dismissed. I was told, it should be taken care of with the retainer, turned into a nightmare. The only thing I got from this law firm were charges to me.

This law firm charged us for everything. Didn't keep us informed or updated at all. Trevor the accounting guy was rude and demeaning. They did nothing after a year to further the case. When we quit and went to a new lawyer, they charged for things they already charged for. I objected but it didn't matter. It took them 7 weeks to return the little bit of the retainer left. We were never kept informed and were charged for phone calls asking what was going on. Steve Whitmore has no compassion. Mark Fenton tried at first but caved and went the way of the firm. Cost 27,500 and never got anywhere close to a settlement. They told us a settlement wasn't possible yet our new lawyer got a settlement in 2 hours. Our new lawyer took a flat rate. This is a terrible firm. Run. They just want every bit of your money and to get you in debt so they can charge for everything and do nothing. Terrible experience when you are going through a hard time. They make it much harder.

I have been a client with Robinson and Henry for close to a year now. Before I selected an attorney, the staff at Robinson and Henry listened to my claims during a free consultation (most Denver attorneys charge for consultations in my type of case) and provided a lineup of there most experienced legal representatives. With my well-being on the line, I chose Dale Casares to represent me. I do not agree that the 5 star panel of satisfaction of services should be capped at 5 in regards to Dale's performance thus far. I would like to go on and on about my experience with Dale Casares and the staff at Robinson and Henry but I guess I have to consolidate my feelings of satisfaction due to the length of space I have to convey my message. Very bad customer service
I had looked for a personal injury lawyer. I found Robinson and Henry attorney. I did an intake and was assigned dale casereas. She cancelled once for a emergency. Then I got rescheduled. I was told two hours before my second attempt at a consultation that she didn't do personal injury for slip and fall. This is not acceptable. I should have been told by the intake person that the law firm doesn't do slip and fall instead of wasting my time and energy. I was only given a referral without knowing who this person is. As adisabled person I don't have time and energy to deal with incompetence. All I was offered is a sorry

The first person I talked with, Taylor Sawyer, was very pleasant and very professional. She took all my information, quickly set up an appointment within 2 days then forwarded the items for review to the lawyer. Best of all, rather than set me up for a paid consultation, Mike Hanchett offered a 1/2 hour complimentary consultation to talk through what I needed. When I called in and described my issue, he immediately offered to bring another individual, Lucas Frei, who was a specialist on to the call to better address my request. After this 20 minute complimentary consultation, I got a very direct and clear response to my situation and was very satisfied with the outcome. Staff was friendly and my original consultation went great. Unfortunately, the attorney that was initially assigned to my case separated from R&H. There was some misunderstanding surrounding the offer to seek counsel outside R&H and the charges associated to that offer. After unsuccessfully working with several other folks to resolve the issue, I was put in contact with Don Eby. He was patient, fair and provided a reasonable offer.

Worked with Dane Mueller to complete a business deal I was trying to close. He was prompt and followed up with me often. He will be my first call for the next business dealing I need counsel on.

Please don't waste your time and money dealing with these incompetent, fraudulent posers. My husband and I contacted Robinson and Henry to assist us in evicting renters. We wound up paying about 8 times what they originally quoted us. The attorney handling our case, Dane Mueller, was inept and made errors in the process. Instead of admitting or apologizing for those we were charged for the time it took for him to teach himself the law. At this point I contacted Donald Eby, Dane's boss, to try to make sense of the situation and get a handle on how much additional cost we were looking at. He was very evasive but did finally give me a figure. When that figure wound up being triple what was quoted and we hadn't even been to court yet I contacted them again, only to be treated as though I was incompetent. As I reviewed the charges I saw that in one instance we were billed $800, $200/hr for 4 hours, for our attorney to draft a ONE PAGE document. I may not be an attorney but I do have a masters degree and I am not stupid. Something extremely shady and fraudulent is going on at this firm and I would stay away from them.

Awful experience. I went in with an issue I am currently having with my HOA. The attorney talked down to me, was rude, and acted like I was wasting his time. In lieu of telling me how he could or couldn't help me, he said I had 3 options: 1. Move 2. Contact HOA Board or 3. Get elected onto the board. Well, that's common sense! I didn't need to waste my time to hear that and he could have told me that over the phone. I walked away wondering how he fights the HOA on behalf of homeowners if those were his answers. I was at a loss for words when he asked what I wanted him to do. It's simple.... Tell me how you are going to represent me and win.
