I engaged in mediation with Justin Ross this year on 02/02/2020. He charges $275 for his mediation per hour. During my five and half hour session, Justin spent less than an hour in my room. He came back with a proposal in which I accrued all debts and gave my ex half of my retirement. Justin said, "I think we're really close to making this fair for everybody". I think he was more about closing the case quickly than he was actually objectively thinking about what was best for each party. I experienced a five hour, one-sided monologue from my ex, not a facilitated meditational conversation by Justin. I was really disappointed in how the time was spent. At one point my lawyer and I sat in our room for 2 hours without an update of any type of communication. I felt I had paid for Justin to be my ex's second attorney. I would not recommend his services. I would not recommend Justin's mediation. It was a terrible experience.
