Trying to contact these people is ridiculous. Nobody will call you back, nobody will give you any answers, nothing. Very frustrating. I am trying to be proactive with a case with my boyfriend and can’t get any sort of help.

All the information they give out is useless and not up to date. Spent all day calling numbers that ended up not being in service and deove to 3 separate places trying to do my mandatory UA and they still blame me for not testing on time and say i test posiive automatically.

After leaving me a voicemail to apologize that they are letting me, the victim, know that I need to testify in less than 7 days and now they won't return my calls to let me know when the court date is. So that they can close the case as 'none of the witnesses or victims showed up to testify.' It's a classic stall tactic to release the courts from any responsibility or to hear a case.

I never though I’d see the day that a DA, judge and a room full of therapists were defending and in sympathy with a convicted sex offender. The DA recommending therapy, questionable jail time. The Judge is upset to have to sentance her to six miserable months. I’m sure the DA’s office does do some good. But this time they dropped the ball big time! I am so disappointed in this office and the justice system in general today. Hold you children tight folks because God forbid one of these sickos get a hold of them, the DA will recommend therapy, and drop a few tears for the sicko too. Absolutely no justice today!

Jefferson County has a wonderful way of poor communication! The courts sent me to speak with the desk secretary at this city office.
We I arrived and buzzed in the office, the staff was completely rude. I was sent my their staff & then had to listen to why they wouldn't do that & training.
Jefferson County is pro money but lacks no compassion or empathy for people.
Most Jefferson county employees fleece or tax money & have terrible srvice to the citizens.

Jefferson County have the racist DA's and when their kids ever get into some trouble I hope they pay for it Big since they are all about their how many convictions they've done! And when one of their kids die.... And they feel the same pain as we do!!! when they punish our kid as if they killed someone "KARMA" what goes around comes around!!! I believe in that! The Court system is screwed up bad!!!

I am one of the hardest, most safety-minded workers you will ever meet. I also had an entirely clean professional background that took decades building and earning. I have always honestly, positively supported others with niche credentials and knowledge. I humbly helped a local organization factually grow mightily by handling their financial services dependably, reasonably well. I was completely fair with community members in that leadership process too. Jefferson County absolutely ignored everything I politely conveyed and indisputably took it upon themselves to unjustly skew what occurred. Thereby irreversibly, substantially damaging my future on several fronts. Please be aware

The DA's charges against Rogel Lazaro Aguilera-Mederos seem very biased. Not sure if it's even possible but hopefully someone could go after the DA for malicious prosection when all the evidence is laid out in this case.

Terrible. Shameful. Disgraceful. Young DA on staff is All about convictions. Not interested in justice or social change. Victims of domestic abuse are regularly arrested and punished as if they are the abusers. Sexist law officers and certainly not “peace” officers. I willl not enter Jeffco again of my own volition.

This county has done more to victimize me as a mentally ill person through their twisted and malicious use of the law than have all the criminals, cons, back-stabbers, thieves, vandals, assaults, and forth, throughout my life.

The d.a I had in district 11 Amanda was absolute garbage. They kept finding ways to violate my probation. How is one to take a u.a every week, be at 3 classes a week that cost 75 bucks each and maintain steady employment when the classes and u.a,s cost so much time and money.? When you bring it to their attention they basically tel you its your problem. I transferred my parole out of state Im off next month had 0 violations and only take 1 drug test a month. Karen knickenbocker was the only public defender with a brain that actually would fight for us. Judge Woodford was the only judge who used sense. The rest of them are absolutely petty, I don't know if they got bad home lives or got bullied a children especially that d.a Amanda in district 11 but they always seem like they hate themselves and they come in there trying to do the worst to others. I can't express how easy parole is where I am and if you end up in their courts Im so sorry they focus on convictions not justice at all. My ex wife lied about so much when I was in trouble. Theyre 1 way protection orders are crazy it allows the "victim" to harass you and if you say a word your back in jail. Jefferson county district attorneys are absolute garbage and a joke to any real law enforcement , human being or people in general.

Here to protect the consumer? Not at all. You could submit 5000 complaints without anything more than an automated response in regards to how theye dealing with it. This entire branch of government is a waste of taxpayer dollars. They provide no consumer protection what so ever.

**** My HUSBAND SUFFERED A SEIZURE AND JEFFERSON COUNTY WILL NOT LET HIM GO TO THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE OF A GPS ON HIS LEG. **** THIS IS LIFE OR DEATH AND THEY DO NOT CARE, HE IS A DECORATED MARINE IN A WHEELCHAIR AND THEY THINK HE NEEDS A GPS. BECAUSE IF THIS HE COULD DIE BECAUSE THE 2 CLOSEST HOSPITALS ARE A MILE AWAY FROM THE PERSON'S HOUSE. ** ALSO THE JUDGE STATED THAT HE NEVER THREATEN THE PERSON HE ASKED FOR HIS STUFF BACK AND THEY ARE TREATING IT AS HE IS SOME CRIMINAL, I SEE THEY DISRESPECT THE MILITARY. MAY I PLEASE HAVE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THIS!!! I NEED HELP THIS WEEKEND AND NO ONE CAN HELP ME AT THE COURT HOUSE...!!!!!!

There is a protection order over my husband, and there is no reason why it needs to be in place this woman is abusing the law and JEFFCO is letting them do it!!! My husband could die because of this crap. He cannot go to the closest hospital to get medical attention because of his GPS and if he goes to either Swedish or Porter he could go to jail. He asked Pretrial services what the area was that he could not go into and they replied come in Monday and pick up the map. So while my husband has a heart attack or a seizure he could die while im trying to take him to a hospital that is over 5 miles away because some woman is abusing the law and the judge is letting her!!!!!

He is a decorated Marine from Iraq who was injured, and also active in his community and because of this he cannot do this, he can’t even exercise his freedom of religion because of where the church is!!!

This needs to be addressed people should know how Jefferson County is denying his Amendment rights!!!! Also MEDICAL ATTENTION!!!!
