One thing that I regret is not calling the Orr Law Firm at the very beginning. After being issued a subpoena in the mail with two felony counts, the emotional distress that I was in felt like the weight of the world. Panic set and mistakes where made by calling other lawyers that didn’t have my best interest in mind. One lawyer, that I will not name, had told me that the best option he could get for me was a charge of one felony with two years probation and possibly a halfway house. How does one even react to that statement?

The prosecutors were out for vengeance when Rhidian took over my case after I fired another law firm. I was looking at losing my license, expensive court fines, and possible jail time. During the motions hearing his morning he kept coming back with all kinds of good offers, just got sweeter and sweeter! We kept it from going to an expensive trial and possibly losing and then get who knows what as punishment! Wound up with 10 days in-house detention, 48hr community service, and 2 years probation and reduced the charges to DWAI where my driving privileges are completely untouched! That alone was worth it's weight in gold! Plus the judge knocked off ALL court fees/fines. Altogether I saved about $10K in trial fees, fines, and other court costs. I took that deal and ran with it! Thanks Rhidian... you did just what you said you would!

Intelligent, hardworking, and put their client before profit. I was involved in an accident and had very unfortunate circumstance regrading insurance and medical bills and the Orr Law firm did absolutely everything they could to make sure I was taken care of and made whole even when my health insurance didn't. Used them 3 years ago and they did nothing for me any lawyer who charged a fraction less could. I was a first time offense with no record what so ever and I might as well have represented myself. Don't spend over $2K for a lawyer for a DUI. They don't provide anything that the other guys do.

Don't expect Rhiddian or the other attorney's at the Orr Law Firm to give your case too much attention. My case was a first-time offense &, unless you think you'll have a great chance at trial & plan on taking it to trial, I think I would have received the same deal using a MUCH less expensive attorney. If you have interviewed them, you'll know they are one of the most expensive in town. The Orr Law Firm may be a good choice for a second/third offense - I don't know. I had a different attorney from the Orr Law Firm represent me in court every time I was there. Rhiddian was only present at one. None of them were intimately familiar/involved with my case. I also thought the attorney that handled my DMV hearing had not prepared AT ALL and thought it was a lost cause before the hearing. Didn't receive the service I would expect from a high-dollar attorney.

I did notice one of the previous reviews seemed rather cookie-cutter. The reviewer stated 'don't just think it's one person, it's an entire team' - this statement is exactly what Rhiddian told me in the interview & is intended to make you feel 'warm & fuzzy inside'. At no point during my case, did I feel the 'team' got together to discuss my case. Each person I spoke to on the phone or in person, ALWAYS referred to my case file for details & there was no collaborative effort. Two of the other three reviews are from people that have only done one review... interesting...

Rhidian Orr, Rick Hernandez, and Nate Becker are incredible. I found myself in a bit of a jam a couple years back. With their counsel, I was able to receive a more than satisfactory result from my case that would have been completely unattainable had I not hired these gentlemen.
