jordon and his firm sat on my case for a year and 8 months untill statue of limitation expired. I was working in a ditch it collapsed burying me to my face foreman on duty and 2 other men unburied me. I was left in a massive concussion for 1 year 11 months first 5 months after the accident i sat there and drooled staring out the window because what we know as a spirit was looking at my dead body 4 feet away the time of the accident. I was in shock from losing my life and unable to communicate with socitity or my family. So i went in to talk to jordon himself a month befor statue of limitation expired he turned in to a physiologist told me to forget about my accident and live my life he was not going to do nothing with my case... From my point of view the company that buried me alive took no responsibility and covered up a serious accident my eyes shook in my head for 2 months i still suffer from headaches. If you want to reinact my situation fill tractor with squeegee raise it 4 feet and drop in on you the sheer thump is a killer its enough to send you to heaven and back that i promise....... But you know im suppose to live my life and move on..... All i ask for was a court date the truth would of came out the company refused to call 911 or take care of my health after a Cave in. It clearly states on their website that you do medical malpractice and yet the person answering the phone said no- that they very rarely ever do medical malpractice . No one even listened to what I had to say about my botched surgery or my incident. what an awful way for a law practice to to treat someone. They should take this off their website then because it takes away any hope of some help.
