Ale and Jose both worked very hard for me over the 2 years to took to finally reach a settlement with the insurance company after I was rear ended by a drunk driver going 70mph. They always responded to my emails within a reasonable amount of time, especially toward the end of the case when we were negotiating amounts with the insurance. They both responded within hours so that the case would not have to drag out any longer than it had to. Would have been a much more painful process if I had to negotiate with the insurance on my own.

First off let me say that I really didn’t have a clue who to pick for my personal injury case, but I was sitting in the living room watching television and the McDivitt commercial came on now I have to be honest I seen others I’m sure you know which one’s I don’t care to mention because that’s not what we are here for lol anyway there was something that stood out about there presentation I took the bait and sooooo glad I did my attorney mr Tracy, korrina were amazing with how they dealt with me, me Tracy took the time to make sure I understood the process, even though bob was still confused lol only because it’s a lot to retain and or remember, but that is a personal issue of mine shhhh don’t tell anyone, anyway I mean personal injury cases can not alone change your life but outside of that dealing with the party at fault and all the insurance companies back and forth all I can say is I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends . I am so great And I can honestly say that McDivitt law firm definitely operates in integrity and a trusting relationship in order to provide their clients with the best experience!! Thanks again

I found that the three to four attorneys I ended up working with on weremy case fairly pleasant. However, I was a little concerned that my case was not handled with the same care as a larger dollar case. Although my case was fairly simple in nature I found myself having to call in to get status updates and often no one knew what was going on and/or did not respond in a reasonable time frame.

I also feel that my case didn't get the same attention initially that it deserved and therefore my claim was not given the attention that it should have.

At this point I can't say whether or not I would refer McDivitt to family or friends. Quite disappointed.

Had gotten into an accident and my husband had gotten injured, after being denied by everybody McDivit was there , helped us with everything! Top notch. I had a great experience with this law firm. I was injured in a car accident at no fault of my own. The other driver was drunk and didn't have insurance. As you can imagine my wife was furious with me. I didn't know what to do, so I called the MLF. We went from owing $1500.00 to getting some money right before the holidays.

My case wasn't an easy one and this team of pros stuck with it the whole time. I was in the loop the whole time and any questions I had were immediately answered. I highly recommend Mcdivitt law to anyone. Thank you for a hardworking and determined team.

I'm actually really happy to get my settlement claim from mcdivitt law firm I'm very happy thank you so much for helping me out with my workman's comp claim and my injury claim they are very very respectful there they really do care about you and they will go out of your way to really help youthe only thing I have a concerned about is the communication between the Denver office the Aurora office and the Colorado springs office though sometimes the communication between the networks is a little bit of poor but I'm hoping that later on this year or going into 2020 I'm hoping that it will be a little bit more effective there communications between the three companies is very difficult and it's a little bit kind of a I wouldn't I wouldn't say get angry but you get very frustrated because they don't like to communicate if you don't have a bus or a car or you have to travel by public transportation so I would just like to see that be a little bit more effective but this is a great company so if anybody needs help or if you really do need somebody to fight in your corner this is where you want to be with way-2-go McDivitt law firm thank you for all of your help the best team in Colorado 2019??....
