My neighborhood HOA was dissolving and I went to Mt Nebo Law to get some deeds done for the land that was getting split up between the neighbors. I needed 4 deeds written up and we were planning on getting title insurance for those deeds as well. It took several months to get my 4 deeds written up and Greg would write me an email asking for one thing at a time rather than asking for all the information he needed up front. After we received the deeds I didn't hear anything about the title insurance. So I gave them a call to find out what was going on with that. They told me that they would do the title insurance after everything was done and recorded with the county. After several more months we found out we didn't need the title insurance and so I asked for a refund for the services that were not started. I was told they would send me a check. It took several weeks to get a check and then it wasn't even for the amount I had paid. So i called again. I kept getting told she would find out and call me back. I think I've called over 10 times over the course of a month and a half and I keep getting told she has a sticky note to ask Greg to write me a check. I am tired of getting the run around and would just like my money back. I would not recommend them especially if they are going to make you pay before they fulfill the service.

Greg was the worst! He was uncertain of everything as he approached the the stand took 0 information with him up there and literally gave the case to the other party took my money and didnt even do what I had requested for what custody I was able to get so now because of his lack of actions I have my daughter a few hours a week and when its convenient for the other party thanks for nothing Greg

My daughter was unlawfully evicted from her apartment. We went in and met with Mr. Johnson, he was very knowledgeable and reassuring that the landlord was in the wrong.

My daughter was attending college and had paid her rent and the landlord lost the money and stated that she never paid. He posted a 3 day notice while she was on spring break and when she got back and called the landlord he just called her all sorts of names. She told him that she had receipts to prove that she had paid and he gave her a certain day to prove it. She called him continuously to meet up with him and show him the receipts. He refused to answer her calls. She left for the store and he went onto the property and changed her locks. She called me in a panic due to the fact that she had nothing. I had her come back home to Payson and we contacted Mr. Johnson.

He not only assured us that everything that the landlord did was unlawful but he fought for us, having the landlord pay our attorney fees. I would highly recommend this attorney for any of my legal needs. He was very up to date on the law and made us feel like we were worth fighting for. He definitely went above and beyond for my daughter.

Myself with my family went to Greg when our parents died, to help us understand what we needed to do next. He has been helping us ever since. He has been easy to talk to and understands what we want him to do for us. We haven't had to pay up front, he has billed us for his services. I would recommend him and his staff to my friends. They are very friendly, helpful, understanding and considerate.
