He took time out of his day, which is not easy for an attorney to do with all the clients they have, and he looked in to my case to help me get relief and understand where it is at and why it has had no progress. Jared is bright, hard working, pragmatic and does great work. After feeling totally disoriented by others, I was very happy to have Jared EXPLAIN the process of divorce. He has given sound advice in times of distress. This has surely protected me in the marriage dissolution. Though I cannot retain him due to a conflict of interest (he lives near us both), he made sure that my case was appropriately handled and directed me appropriately. Jared is a smart lawyer and had been the only one I spoke to who gave the more aggressive potential outcomes. Though everyone wants an aggressive lawyer, they want an aggressive lawyer on terms, not attitude. His strategy and terms were spot on and better than other consultations. A well-prepared and knowledgeable lawyer is an aggressive lawyer. Jared knows what you deserve and will fight for it. Jared's analysis of terms were superior to many...who eagerly tried to push me toward 50/50 custody when hearing who my husband's counsel is. Jared is the only one who didn't flinch and the reason is he keeps winning against these bozos. I feel that Jared is in a better position to deliver. Don't just look at what someone's reputation is...look at what they intend to deliver. He said that certain lawyers always go to court and fight just to rack up fees. It is true.

Jared and his staff are absolutely wonderful to work with! I was referred to him through a friend of a friend who told me that he was a shark when it comes to representing single fathers. I was also told that he avoids unnecessary fees and that his costs were extremely reasonable. I found this to be 100% true and I would definitely recommend him to single fathers who just want what is right for their children and to be involved in their children's lives!

Spoke to an attorney, asked him a question but he didn't seem to want to help me. He kept giving me the same answer that had nothing to do with the question I asked. Didn't find him very helpful, he could be the best lawyer for someone else, just isn't for me.

Jared and all of the staff at Anderson and Dart have been an amazing help through all of my needs--emotionally, financially, and legally. I went through a nasty divorce and Jared has been by my side for the last 3 years as we worked with a tough situation. Jared would and still does take the time to make sure I understand everything and that my best interest and the best interest of my daughter are served. He would even stay after his regular work hours to call back when there were problems with the custody. I believe Jared did all he could for my case, even though it was not the easiest of cases. Both Jared and I thought that mediation (three times) would be the answer to my case, but it wasn't and we ended up going to trial. Jared was able to help prepare me and find everything we needed for the case that lasted over two years. Although the custody outcome wasn't what we thought it would be, it was something that we all felt okay with. My wife and I went to Anderson & Dart for help with a will and setting up a family trust. We had some basic ideas for how we wanted to set it up. When we met with Jared he really helped guide us.
