Review: If you need a refund for unused services they force you to have meeting with the lawyer so they can BILL YOU for hundreds a hour, why have the crabby old secretary if she isn't able to take care of simple billing? Also it is a 100+ mile round trip to be here and was told to come back tomorrow.... the parking lot was empty and he didnt want to bother seeing me to get my bill taken care of.
