Review: Mr. Heany did not represent my grandson in his criminal case well at all. So many questions that were not asked during the trial made me question his knowledge of criminal law. Also, he advised the defendant to agree to a bench trial vs a jury trial. After corresponding with two criminal attorneys in the KC area they both believe that was not in my grandson’s best interest.
