This is the worst attorney I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He asked for a retainer of 1500. Then stated he had to have that much more to file a motion that was necessary. Said 2 weeks he’d have it done. After he was paid 3,000. 2 months later I learned how to do it myself so I did. I went and asked for my money back and then he files the motion! I’m suing him now.
