He is the most incompetent attorney I have ever worked with. He does not know the law of his own state at all when it comes to family law. He was assigned to handle my childs case and instead of doing any sort of research in the matter he just went with what ever the judge wanted despite it being illegal. I understand Fallon is very small and they do not have a ton of resources. However do not hire this man for anything pertaining to actual laws and what is suppose to happen.

Jacob Summers is a outstanding Attorney,He doesn't need to be put down because he's such a busy Attorney. He's just fighting a LOT of cases. If he's such a bad attorney then why does he have so many cases. Don't seem like he's a bad attorney to me. He does his very best to fight for you n does succeed, so before you put him down consider his case loads.

Very Honest person.

I tried hiring Sommer a couple years ago to handle my dads estate. When I first spoke to him he said he could handle it. We had a consultation and he took my dads death certificate and a packet agreement that I was to look over and return to him signed. The following day I had it signed and ready for him. Called MANY times for two weeks with no contact from him. I wasted crucial time waiting for him to respond before getting another (and much better) attorney. I still called for about another month trying to get my dads death certificate back, and got nothing. Very irresponsible and unethical, call people back..its that simple!

WORST LAWYER! Negative 5 Stars! Never got back to me (dozens of phone calls and voicemails left with the secretary and in the inbox) about my case for a month even whether or not he had even reviewed before pretrial. Was quick to take the $200 consultation fee upfront. I asked for a refund over a month later on email and he still couldn’t reply. Very unprofessional and wouldn’t want anyone wasting their time or money.

I'd just like to say the services were great he's a great attorney and very attentive in my case. And very presentable. I am impressed. Thanks Mr. Sommers!!!

Tried to utilize this law firm and never received a response after taking my time to email my documents. Maybe you need to get out of the attorney business...
