I found the O'Mara Law Firm after doing an online search for appeals attorneys after I lost my relocation trial with a different firm.  I contacted the O'Mara law firm and David called me back that same day and stayed on the phone with me and listened while I explained my situation.  I could tell right away this firm was above other firms and their ability to actually listen and advise their clients.  I had to terminate to previously retained firm due to their inability to address my case seriously. After spending thousands of dollars and over a year gone by I was getting nowhere and extremely frustrated. This attorney told us he could get full custody of our son no problem instead we get slapped with court fees out of nowhere for pursuing our legal right to file for full custody. No communication from the attorney. An email from his male Secretary . don't use him. He gives false promises. An amateur attorney beat this guy. This isn't the first career he's lost and taken the money. He lost our friend's case too.
