After being displeased with another firm, I went for a consultation with Mr. Routsis. Initially, I met with Mr. Routsis's Legal Secretary Josie who was very welcoming and informative from the get go. I was working in the defense of a DUI and due to being in the U.S on a working Visa I potentially had a lot to lose pending the outcome. I immediately felt at ease and that there may be some hope.

To say that the service provided by Sarah Hardy-Cooper was disappointing would be a drastic understatement. Sarah is unprofessional and also seemed to lack basic competency. Countless errors occurred, meetings cancelled within minutes of their scheduled time, complete lack of communication regarding the case and ultimately she kept making decisions without consulting me which negatively impacted the outcome.After receiving a motion I asked on numerous occasions what I needed to do to respond and how I could prepare. I was told there was nothing for me to do on more than one occasion. Sarah requested extensions twice resulting in a 2 month deadline for her convenince not mine.This ultimately delayed me from valuable time with my son As that deadline was now quickly approaching in 4 days and I still had not received any guidance and my last 2 emails had been completely ignored I expressed my concerns to Sarah. She responded in terminating me as a client and leaving me with noting to show for her months of representation except a $3,000 in loss of funds and a case that had gone from amicable negotiations to a dead stop. I had to act on my own behalf to create the mandatory legal responses by the deadline. In seeking 2 alternative legal opinions since I have been informed of the many ways Sarah had jeopardized my case that I wasn't even aware of.

My experience was awhile back, but I didn't feel very "represented" by Mr. Routsis during my case. I ended up with the same results as the other party who had a public defender, and I felt the public defender did more than my paid attorney at the time. I did explain my feelings and concerns in a letter to the attorney after the case concluded, and they actually reduced my balance owed in response. I would give four or five stars just for that alone; it was a surprisingly fair outcome that I was quite pleased with. That alone raised a two-star experience to a three stars, even though I felt the handling of my case could've been a bit more aggressive. It sort of seemed like Mr. Routsis had some issues of his own going on at the time and he wasn't in the office much; maybe that has changed since then. It seems they've gotten a lot of good reviews recently - but you always have to be careful with that and take it with a grain of salt; I've learned the hard way over the years that businesses aren't always transparent and don't necessarily follow the rules to get those 4- and 5-star ratings.

John Routsis and his competent law assistants including Josie Saladis and Allie were so helpful, friendly, that it made it a joy to be a client. Fears were erased! I was in big trouble in nearby Truckee CA with weed problems. (Licensed in California and Nevada) This is the Law Office to hire! Mr. Routsis was honest with me, and thought up solutions to my legal issues that won! His successful perception was contagious, and he had the connections that smoothed my case, I'm sure. I can urge you to hire this Nevada legal Cowboy to shoot down the legal opposition, and find a way to make you win your case. He did mine, the proof is in the pudding.
