I highly recommend this law firm. Entire staff was very friendly and I feel like they truly cared about my well being. They called to check on how my rehabilitation process was going. Julie is wonderful! She gave me great advice and recommendations throughout the entire process. The settlement I received far exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to hire them again if I ever need legal help in the future. I felt Julie was upfront and completely honest throughout the whole process.

Very unprofessional office. Terry Is extremely rude. Called me before the scheduled phone conference then seemed inconvenienced when I called back 15 mins later. Was unwilling to talk about anything about a possible case without spending a month reviewing paperwork. Which to a point is understandable. In the middle of the conversation the phone call was dropped. When I called back 2 mins later he didnt have the decency to speak with me and just told his secretary to tell me they arnt interested. The secretary prior to the phone conversation spoke with me for about 30 mins getting details about the family death just to call me back an hr later to tell me she lost all the info. Very rude and unprofessional office. Dont waste your time unless you got a for sure case they wont need to put any effort into

We have only spoke with mrs.Throop and staff, these are the sweetest,kindess,most Down to Earth people ! They really do Treat you like FRIENDS and Family members !!! So happy I chose them for my Husband ! Even if we don't get a huge settlement, I have No Regrets!!!!.

You hire a lawyer to help but I don't think it's professional to make your clients do ALL the work as far as contact and case progress.

Dishonest & Incompetent! P.O.S

My wife was involved in an auto accident for which she had no responsibility (rear end accident). She was injured and amassed medical bills over at least a year. Initially, we just paid the deductible for bills ourselves, but after a while and before we realized it we had paid and became responsible for thousands of dollars of medical expenses.
Eventually, I discussed the situation with Mr Friedman and MS Julie Throop. They were our last hope, because at least three prominent Reno law firms declined to help us for various insignificant reasons including impending statute of limitations issues.
This law firm was exceptionally responsive and helpful. The lawyers spoke clear and understandable English as they skillfully guided us through the complicated process. They were in regular contact with us and constantly updated us with the status of progress.
The cost for their service was fair and very acceptable, none of which was payable until after the settlement was arranged and paid.
We recovered all our out of pocket expenses, all outstanding obligations were resolved, and after paying the lawyers, we ended up with a more than fair chunk of settlement money.

We would refer this law firm to anyone without the slightest concern or hesitation.
