We filed a chapter 13 and made our monthly consolidation payments for nearly 5 years.

I filed a Chapter 7 BK, and Mr. Patterson and his team have provided the expert care I expected to pay for. My case is simple, as I don’t own property, I’m unmarried, and I have zero assets. However, this legal team has mostly answered my questions with zero b.s.

My only wish was that the matter of keeping my vehicle would have been explained to me in greater detail, as this is the one fact of my situation I wished to discuss, and I had brought the matter up early into the proceedings.

Now, after filing, I’ve had to Google a number of legal facts relating to keeping a vehicle, and, after the advice I’ve received AFTER filing, I now face the prospect of no longer having access to said vehicle.

A prospect and a possibility are two VERY different things. Consider this fact going forward, and your clients will be much happier. I’m a working professional paying for services. The least you can do is to set the stage for all outcomes in this very serious financial decision.

Sean assisted me during an extremely low point in my life. He helped me to file a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy more than 6 years ago.

This month I needed to know the discharge date for the Chapter 7 and couldn’t locate the discharge paperwork for an apartment application.

I’ve lived at my current address since before I filed the Chapter 7, so it will be the first time I have applied for an apartment since the Chapter 7 was discharged more than 6 years ago.
