Complete joke. This guy wasted my money ($2,000). I live over 400 miles away from Nevada City, CA where I was fighting a DUI from 2.5 years prior. I was never even arrested for the DUI and was issued a citation.

Terence promised me I would not even have to show up in Nevada City or do jail time for this DUI charge (first offense). I end up having my family drive me out of state to be fingerprinted and booked and released for the DUI charge after he became my lawyer. Then he decides to start communicating about my court dates by email. Calls me on the day of the court date (which are 400+ miles away) and tells me I have to do 7 weeks in jail and 3 years court probation, and have a date in less than a month to turn myself in, and he doesn't know that date because he decided to call me the day of my court date which he (unbeknownst to me) emailed to me. On a first offense DUI case I was never even arrested for, then he had me booked and released for, he turned into 2 convictions somehow, on a case that he promised I would not even have to show up for. It turned into 7 days jail time and 3 years court probation. The D.A. couldn't have done a better job than Terence.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! THIS GUY SHOULD RETIRE.

Over agressive CHP in Sierra County had it out for me. I was charged with a bogus misdemeanor charge and two infractions. Misdemeanor and one dismissed. The other infraction reduced to the minimum fine. Very happy with him.

He was one of my closest friends attorney. I watched him in court just for fun. He was wonderful. He has that confident air about him that commands respect.
