Kim Merrifield is a prime example of the promotion of court crimes. She is the reason groups such as CPPA are forming to expose bias and corruption. Merrifield makes it clear immediately of her extreme bias for men/fathers. She calls them. She defends them. If they are pedophiles, she tells the judges they are sorry and won't molest their children any more, so instead of recommending jail for these crimes, they get unsupervised, overnight visits. Merrifield lies about mothers without any guilt nor remorse! She will do anything to keep safe, involved mothers from having custody. When called on it, she gets the judges to order no visitation/custody as retaliation. Abusive, drug using fathers who are mentally ill (my case) are given custody without drug screening/rehab, looking at the diagnosis. She never returns mother's calls. She will fight for these fathers while the children sob/cry/beg her to live with their safe mothers. She needs to be debarred and jailed for collusion and harm. File w the BAR!
