Mr. David nelson has represented me on more than just a few cases over a 15 year duration, and has helped keep me out of prison countless times!!.. he always followed through with his word and fought for me each and every time when no one else would.. Terrible. Even the judge dislikes this guy. He didn't even show up half the time. This guy screwed me over and I got charged with something I shouldn't have which affected me for years. He literally is a real life version of "Better Saul from breaking bad" except he's not a good lawyer.

Professional and knowledgeable

Don't hire this guy, A simple speeding ticket cost me $500 dollars more than the original ticket and he managed to get me traffic school in the process. What a total waste of space.

WASTE OF MONEY! My brother was booked for a simple Parole violation. My family retained this guy to get him out in a timely matter... after 120 days in co. jail (including over Thanksgiving and Christmas 2014), my brother is still locked up. The judicial system is hard enough as it is... DO NOT ADD TO THE MISERY BY HIRING D. NELSON. He will waste your time and hard earned money with laziness and shear indifference... WHEN HE TELLS YOU, "I'M ALL OVER IT, LIKE A CHEAP SUIT"… take his words literal - he's a thief. Examples of his incompetence: He got continuance after continuance, then failed to comply with DA's request for paperwork (submitted it too late) which added to the length of my brothers stay, and then he failed to even get a "time served" order from the judge! I never write reviews, but this had to be shared! You will regret spending even a minute on him!
