"As an attorney in California for nearly 30 years I truly believe the president can bring a multi billion dollar lawsuit against CNN and other media networkks for defamation. They speech is privileged however said reports and comments are conducted with malice. CNN is aware that certain comments are untrue and still publish/broadcast wrong information. I am looking into standing to bring this suit. The president does have such standing. My main concern is that through their half trues and misrepresentations they are causing civil unrest which is causing a national security threat."
