Being out of state and being my first time dealing with an attorney i was a little skeptical on what kind of service i would receive. Took our money and vanished. We'd email and call and only when we complained to the referring agency did he call us back complaining that we interrupted his lunch break. It's been a year and a half and we still haven't gotten anywhere.

We met with Fitz and told him how serious is was that our paperwork for my step son's be done immediately as it was an emergency situation. He waited 4 plus weeks to file the paper work and ignore us every time we tried to call. In the meantime the mother filed her own papers and this will now greatly affect us in court.
