I have been using them since Jan '16. If I had to use four words I would choose: reliable, professional, prompt, trustworthy. Virtual office offers physical address, land-line forwarding and unlimited mail scanning. The longest I had to wait for a reply is 2 hours. I hope they continue to offer this kind of service in the future.

This company registers LLCs out of the country and allows them to use their mailing address for fraud. If I’m not mistaken, They are being included in an investigation in Delaware for their LLCs involved in fraudulent activity. Do not believe their lies and do not respond to any email at all with their address on it.

I cancelled this service a few years ago and I keep getting emails and invoices from this company. Now they won't let me cancel unless I pay them $143 and if I don't pay they won't cancel it and they keep billing me. I can't wrap my head around this. I've emailed them and they just refer me back to their site to cancel. Also, I'm not sure what they have been doing for me because I don't even own a business anymore. Anyway, be weary of this company.

It took them a day to get the official paperwork from the State done and their customer service was really helpful throughout the entire process.
Their web interface is straightforward and gives you access to everything you need.
Their rates are very reasonable and they answer emails pretty quickly. I strongly recommend!

We needed an LLC and we needed it fast. We paid the extra $50.00 for rush on a Saturday and we had the documents and everything by mid-day Monday. Now I have no idea if this fast of service is normal, but we were blown away. Can't brag enough about this company.

A best Registered agent even compared to Bizfilings. Very reasonable service fee, and very good customer service. I think some people are complaining about duplicated charges, and i believe it's because they set up a new invoice under the same company. A little be confused per job, but i have no problem to deal with it. 10 starts overall!

HORRIBLE CUSTOM SERVICE AND ZERO COMMUNICATION!!! Tried to charge $200 for cc dispute when there was no communication. ONLY way to get connected with this company was through our cc charge. Finally we got some information in regards to what we paid for initially. WORST COMPANY EVER!

A good choice of no-frills agent to save you money. Because, except for premium agents, you're going to end up doing all the routine work yourself anyway. However so far I haven't needed to test A Registered Agent with anything non-routine.

Their tax reminder emails aren't very helpful. They mention annual reports (not applicable to an LLC), the date they received the tax notice (the June 1 due date would be more useful), and instructions for logging on to their website (an amount and a direct tax payment link would be more helpful). The client side of their website is more confusing than useful, with the old $250 rate still listed for LLC franchise tax.

But I appreciate that they have consistently sent these reminder emails, and haven't done anything untoward, which can be a surprise in this game.

This company has been everything they describe themselves to be (which is always hard to believe). I was a little worried that because they were the lowest price I would be left without support. I ran into a problem right away (on my end) and was instantly amazed by the quick response time and the way they handled my issue. 5 stars baby. Love it!

No reason to use any other provider. The price is right, the process is easy, and they quickly respond to you if you need to correct something or change contact information. Actually recommending to a friend as I am writing this review!

We notified them via email when we changed our corporate name. But because they didn't update their system and turns out their system matches records based off corporate names, we didn't receive any reminders / notifications since the name change, even though we been paying. We missed our filing and our corporation was defunct. We had to pay over $3000 to resurrect our corporation status during funding round, pretty scary experience as you can imagine.

Pretty antiquated system if their integration with the government is based off corporate name matches.

Good service for incorporating a small business in Delaware. Recommended if you want to start a new company.

I am a very happy customer of "A Registered Agent". It's an unfortunate thing that the law cannot keep up with the pace of business - and as I have never so much as received a postcard, being legally obliged to have an address in Delaware is modern-day nonsense. Consequently the State of Delaware has created a system that can be abused by unscrupulous rogues and swindlers. Indeed my previous agent was such a scoundrel. The only "service" my previous agent ever provided was a constant and threatening demand for flesh. But "A Registered Agent" is different. They charge a reasonable sum without pretension, offer to help when they can, but largely stay out of your way.

I've used A Registered Agent, Inc for 2 of my LLCs. Very simple process and great prices!

Everything worked as expected. The incorporation took a week and went smoothly, no issues with the state or IRS. Most of the regulations are described on the website, making the process clear for the newby. Emails are never an issue, just the necessary information.
