Excellent firm -- knowledgeable, responsive, and prepared. I am an attorney, but know almost nothing about the ins and outs of real estate transactions. HJJF handled a 1031 exchange for an investment property in Rehoboth Beach. Chad Meredith and his team discovered a complicated title issue relating to the property we intended to purchase. It was an issue that had been missed by the seller's title company, but had serious implications on clear title. Chad and his team figured it out and were instrumental in getting clear title. Dan Myers and his team handled the 1031 exchange aspect. Both were very responsive by phone and email to all of my questions. If you have any type of legal issue in Rehoboth or elsewhere in Delaware, do not hesitate to contact HJJF.

We were recommended (by our realtor) to seek the counsel of Hudson - Jones for a difficult property settlement we were involved in. Dan Huestis was assigned our case and from our first meeting to a successful settlement Dan was always very professional in his representation of me and my wife. We followed his advice in order to expedite settlement and avoid a timely court case which gave us a very satisfactory outcome. I would highly recommend him for any property settlement issue.

He put up with a lot of my emotions and straight up ignorance...And still represented me, which I am grateful for. I do not recommend this Law Firm. We were recommended to Mike Rushe by a friend who had a wonderful experience. He was moving out of family law and there was a guy he passed us on to named Dan who was a paralegal about to become a lawyer. We should have never went ahead with Dan because the process from there was the biggest waste of time and money. He dropped the ball more than once on paperwork, communication, billing, etc. We ended up at Sean Lynn Law Firm who had to do a lot of work over for us because Dan did things incorrectly. He took care of everything for us in a matter of 3 months when Dan took 3 months or more just to get 1 thing filed CORRECTLY with the court. I do not recommend Dan Huestis.
