I felt wronged by a DUI charge given to me in Ocean City, MD about 3 months back. I asked some friendly locals if they knew who to call and they gave me Attorney Dean Jenkins name. I spoke to him via phone and felt in good hands -- but I was still doubtful my innocence would ever be proven. I hired him partly out of lack of options, and partly by the confidence he gave me through our first convo -- but I still felt a bit uneasy about it all.
Over the next 3 months I spoke with him a few times. The week before trial he and I spoke at length and I could tell he'd put tons of effort into strategy and how to take his best shot of proving my innocence.... And he did, masterfully -- every step of the process -- in a place where it's hard to win this type of case.
I cannot recommend Mr. Dean Jenkins enough. He did his homework. He performed with integrity and skill and saved me from tons of shame and headache and undue guilt.
With Warm Regards,
Patrick C.
Mr. Jenkins has had an excellent reputation for many years in the Ocean City, Maryland area. I didn't think such a tenured attorney would be affordable. I was afraid I was on my way back to jail. I scheduled an appointment for a consultation in any event. Mr. Jenkins was more than interested - He was prepared, and affordable. What a relief, although he gave no guarantees - he knew how to speak the language of the law in such a way that not only did I get to remain on probation without violation, I can continue to legally use cannabis to treat my back pain. I was facing 18 months of incarceration.
With less effective counsel - I may have served that time with debilitating back pain to boot! My only regret is that I didn't seek Mr. Jenkins counsel a few years ago - I may not have been on probation in the first place. If you want a job well done, do it right the first time. If the need ever arises, hire Mr. Jenkins. He may not be able to control every outcome but he will provide a superb legal defense.
