I am a non-MD resident who got pinned up in a DUI on vacation. This is my 2nd offense and I am a CDL holder. I knew I needed the best of the best to back me up in this case, my whole life at stake. It was my first phone call after getting out of jail and Ghea made me feel as though someone in this world stood behind me already. I am not the type of person who goes to jail. I have alot of responsibility and respect in my life. I have two babies to provide for. I don't understand anything much law related, especially in another state.
Some reviews say "it's not what you know it's who," I 100% disagree with that statement, this law firm is NOT shady, they are NOT money-hungry, it's NOT built on the who's who status quo. In fact, Tom KNOWS the law and the ENTIRE process in all types of legal cases. Look at it like this: the law is like a Pick-a-Path Book, and Tom is master of navigating through it. At times, I didn't understand his strategy but I knew he had one so I trusted him. He presented me options, took the time to explain it all twice over to me. I followed his advice closely. He is never unreachable and his receptionist Roxanne never left me wondering whether my correspondence was received, she's super efficient.
Day of Circuit Court, Tom's partner Steve Beadle represented me. Tom felt that Steve's years of multi DUI experience in the courtroom would do me well, and he was correct. Steve is an amazing person, he painted a respectful picture of me to the court which I appreciated. He was compassionate and knowledgeable in what he was doing.
As with any case, there is clean-up work that needs done. A bad attorney or PD would leave it undone, and in turn those lingering records can come out and bite in the future, but it's not their problem, is it. Tom does everything that needs done. From the start of the start to the end of the finish. This is NOT an issue I have to worry about with him which is relieving. Also I was never a docket number to anyone, in fact I feel as though Tom's been a knight in shining armour through all this for me.
My sentencing was ruled by Honorable Beau Oglesby, a reasonable and beyond-fair-minded judge who ruled satisfaction to the courts, but without destroying my life as I knew it.

I am very thankful for an attorney like Tom. He's the kind of attorney you think only exists on Law & Order. He got me the absolute best package possible considering my circumstances. If you are in a fix, don't Google anything or anyone, just call Tom. Honestly. Making that call saved my life and also the welfare of my family.

Had assault, possession, and disorderly charges but because I hired this firm they were able to get it dropped to only a misdemeanor. Instead of jail time I got to go home. They did great work dealing with the prosecutor before the actual hearing giving me piece of mind walking into the court room knowing what to expect not just walking in blind. I very much recommend them.
