I was not pleased with the representation of Richard Simmons in my recent court case. In the beginning he was very reassuring about the strength of my case. However, once we went to court he failed to adequately represent me and he failed to address pertinent issues that we reviewed repeatedly during court prep sessions. As a result, I lost my case and was very disappointed. I would NOT recommend Mr. Simmons for any court case.

Mr. Simmons provided excellent legal support throughout my case. He was there from the beginning until the conclusion. I received multiple emails, text messages and phone calls to ensure that I understood every aspect of my case. During my trial, Mr. Simmons educated me on exactly what to expect, and although I was very nervous about the process, he was rock steady and that definitely boosted my morale and outlook during the hearing. He knows the law, he understand law enforcement processes and methods from his time as a law enforcement officer, and he understands how clients can feel helpless in these situations.
