My daughter was in bad accident were someone hit her and totaled her car. She was taken to the hospital and as a parent it was the worst kind of pain. Not sure how they are winning peoole money except by health insurance reimbursement. My lawyer never made sure I was healed or feeling better. Just went in with an offer trying to settle it. I was told not to seek treatment because it would come out of my settlement. I was repeatedly told not to go to the ER or take the Dr recommended cortisone shots. I never thought I would have to fight for myself against my own attorney. They even missed a court date for the woman who hit me, she got two tickets taken off. This place is the worst. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.
