Mr. Guenther was recommended to me by a co-worker who had previously used his services, and was very satisfied. I can now say the same. He is very quick and professional, and his office staff is great! They walk you through every step of the way. I was under a lot of stress with tons of credit card debt, which eventually led to attempts to serve me. Mr .Guenther was swift with all the proceedings, and all the bombardment and harrassment via phone/mail/in person stopped immediately. I can't thank Mr. Guenther enough. I highly recommend his services if you're looking for a quick & honest lawyer. He is a straight-shooter, which is greatly appreciated. 5 stars all the way around!

Mr. Guenther provided me with outstanding legal support at a time of great stress. When I had to deal with a tragic family situation, Mr. Guenther provided quick, compassionate and professional support. He patiently listened to all my concerns; worked directly with the courthouse to execute several legal documents quickly and kept me continuously informed on the status as well as answering all my questions thoroughly and with well-vetted, timely and accurate advice. I found Mr Guenther and his staff to be very professional and courteous throughout the process. I would highly recommend this office.

Dan Guenther is an excellent attorney and a caring person. During my divorce and custody suit, he fought for my son and me with all of his skill! He was kind and comforting to us when we terrified. Dan prepped us for Court appearances so we would be more comfortable. He had me obtain a Best Interests Attorney for my minor child, so his fears and concerns could be heard by the Court. I have a number of friends who have been through divorces. After listening to them, I am glad that I chose Mr Guenther to represent me in my hour of need!
Dan Guenther is one of the most honest and ethical people that I have had the honor of dealing with. I would recommend him to anyone with a legal problem. In fact, I have sent several of my friends to him!

I was so stressed about losing my children. Dan Guenther was amazing, calming my jittery nerves, preparing me for court, and winning my case. I would recommend him to anyone. Actually, I did recommend him to my best friend, and she is very pleased with his good advice, knowledge of the law, and reasonable fees.

Mr. Guenther walked me through the entire bankruptcy process step by step and was readily available to answer all my questions. He and his very knowledgeable staff helped me feel comfortable with my decision to file, treated me with respect and made me feel less like a client and more like a friend. I would highly recommend Daniel Guenther to anyone who needs help with filing bankruptcy.

Dan was my first and only consultation, after meeting with him only once I knew I wanted him to represent me. Not only is he helpful, but he stays on top of everything and anything without even asking. You honestly get what you pay for with him, I’d recommend him to anybody who’s looking to hire an attorney. An over all solid, straight to the point kinda guy, I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. Thank you Dan for all your time and all you’ve done!

Total rip off. Dishonest. Makes things up that can be proven by simple email or researching online. He lied to my father (who knows nothing about emails/tech world or much else except his construction work) including telling him that his case was continuing when it displayed the case was closed and is still trying to charge him more money. All he did was file paperwork at the court along with evidence, responded to a reply by the other party and appeared at court once for a couple hours. I had to get all the info and evidence he was requesting at ALL times. $10,000 later, my father was misled to believe that he actually had a legitimate case. On top of the fact that he separately hired my father to replace shingles on a roof that had a double layer of shingles (which I'm sure he knew about), my father did the work, notified him afterwards if the extra work and Guenther shamelessly replied "well I'm not paying you any more than what you estimated the job already". Then hired him for another roof replacement job on another rental property of his (so apparently he must be a slum landlord too) and decided the morning the job was to start that he no longer wanted to replace it and wanted all his money he paid as a down payment back. Mind you this is after the material was ordered AND delivered resulting in my father having to return everything to the store to seek refund, etc and then was hounding my father everyday for almost a week to give him his money back. This guy is crooked in all types of way. My father hired him, I emailed him twice about the case, he NEVER responded once but when I started questioning what he was charging my father for, he instead called my father, told him that I had fired him and that he no longer wanted to have anything to do with my father and his case. As far as I'm concerned, him can go suck it. No ethical standards from what I can see. He should probably stick to bankruptcies. And the same way you never had the common courtesy to reply to my emails is the same I expect now. You better not even have the audacity to reply to this review as you have to every other. Playing dumb isn't gonna get you anywhere and anybody can look me up who has any real questions.

Update: 6:52pm same day: now he's contacted my father, stating that I'm harassing him. Watch out online reviewers! Apparently it's harassment to leave reviews on a business.

A very good Lawyer helps you in anything you need help with law, he will let you know if it's getting bumpy but he is really hard trying to help everyone who needs help. He will even let you know what you have to pay so he can get you the right help.
