I had a case where my ex was trying to hide marital property inside revocable trust which came to him from his grandfather. Before I hired Ms. Schifanelli, I had 2 other attorneys. They told me I would get a huge alimony but I would not be entitled to this property because it was inside the trust. Gordana told me totally opposite. She said that I probably will not get any alimony but she will destroy the trust, pull the assets into the marital pool and I would be entitled to my marital share. I couldn't believe that 2 attorneys with decades of experience would tell me one thing and Ms. Schifanelli would tell me quite the opposite. She explained that I would not get any alimony because I have been working during the marriage and after the marriage. She made sense and I trusted her. She not only won the case, but the courtroom was full of lawyers listening the law. I got exactly what Ms. Schifanelli said I would get. I feel that she cared so much for me and my case. She worked so hard and I cannot be happier to have met her. She researched the law. She crossed all the Ts and yes, she won and I got half of all of the marital property that my ex tried to commingle.
